Have a balanced diet as much as possible. Healthy and glossy hair depends on a nourishing diet. Hair is made of protein. A protein rich diet can assist your hair to grow strong and healthy. Minerals are also essential for lustrous hair.

Never ever get disheartened or feel like things just aren’t going the way you put-up, because it won’t get thicker over night because it will take time but it sure is satisfying.
