Wigs can save the day
Dear Hairlaloo,
My hair has been thinning for a long time but now I think it is falling out even more. My first at work will be on Monday — I have jobs in finance and I am worried people would notice my awful hair.
I did dying my hair at salons in the past. What can i do to get it to grow back?

Dear Mary,
First of all, I would suggest to go to your family doctor and have a thorough physical check-up. Your thinning hair and hair loss may be due to some health status that can be treated.
Secondly, until you see the physician, avoid using dye on your hair and begin using the most gentle shampoo and conditioner in the market. Treat your hair softly when combing, brushing or styling. You might want to regard looking at wigs for the meantime.
Lastly, eat a healthful diet. Nothing beats it!

If your parents had thin hair, you are pretty much stuck with it. It runs in your blood. However, I have some tips to share on how to thicken your hair. I have the thickest hair in my family and I love my hair to bits.
Always keep your hair clean. Pick out a shampoo formulated for regular use so you can wash your hair every day without worrying about drying the hair out. If you’re using styling products like wax and gel on thinning air, avoid them because these can weight hair down, which making it look diluted, thin and flat, which you really dislike. The most impressive styling product to give the hair volume is mousse, on with a spray formed to apply the hair root lift. Any conditioner that contains keratin protein will make your hair get thicker and healthier.
Have a balanced diet as much as possible. Healthy and glossy hair depends on a nourishing diet. Hair is made of protein. A protein rich diet can assist your hair to grow strong and healthy. Minerals are also essential for lustrous hair.
Never ever get disheartened or feel like things just aren’t going the way you put-up, because it won’t get thicker over night because it will take time but it sure is satisfying.
