Hi,

I have a complaint against that gay hair stylist (with curly hair whose face looks like a boxer and who keeps on calling his assistant romnick) in mega mall branch of vivere salon. He has an attitude. i showed him a picture of the hair style i wanted but was not able to get it right. he gave me a totally different cut. when i confronted him(please i was nice - "parang di ito yung nasa picture") he went all defensive raising his voice at me, almost like talking down on me. he said and i quote "maam wag nyo sabihin na hindi yan ung gupit na pinakita nyo. sabihin nyo na igsian natin. ganun dapat di ung sasabihin nyo na di yan. bakit di ko yan alam e yan ung uso ngayon." please.... he did not get the hairstyle i wanted, not even close. i showed the pic to the people i know and they all agreed with me. to tell a customer that i should not say that? in the first place i am paying for his service. i think i should get that little respect. so all of you out there who wants to get their hair done at vivere salon megamall branch read first comments of other people. i should have done that first. i regretted that day. i will continue to spread the word that people's service there is not worth paying for. Here read some more complaints:
