How to have thick hair

I went to the mall and see one of the exit signs beside a girl who has a thin hair, I felt bad. You know, I have the thickest hair over the years, and it gets thicker and thicker each day. There’s no secret, it just runs in the genes plus these tips:
- Healthy diet. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.
- Change your shampoo and conditioner in a regular basis. Avoid sticking to one brand.
- Before you wet your hair, comb your hair to get rid off tangles.
- Always use conditioner because it can help to close the hair follicle to prevent from dirt to enter.
- Take time to visit your hair salon and have your hair trimmed at least an inch.
- Use a leave-on or leave in after a blow dry.
- Do not comb your hair when it’s wet. The hair is weak when it’s wet. You may use a comb, which has fine and smooth round-ended nylon bristles.
- Love yourself.
