You mean your hair is hard as stainless steel drums now? You need to trim or cut the split ends and deep conditioning treatments and the highlighting procedure done by a professional. It may be a bit costly to go to a salon but if you find a hairstylist who is good at keeping hair bouncing, you will be happy with your hair.
